Shipping & Delivery
All products will ship via UPS or frieght within 48 hours of order and may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. All clients will be given via email a tracking number to track their package. Client must be home to accept delivery. All deliveries will be delivered to the street curb and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to move the order to wherever they please. If an item is out-of-stock the customer will be notified and given the options to wait for more of the same product, purchase a new product or have the order canceled. Upon delivery of your package Customer has 15 minutes to inspect the package before signing for it. If there are any damages DO NOT sign for the package and contact Garden Outdoor Furniture as soon as possible.
Privacy & Security
All personal information such as names, addresses, email and credit card information will not be shared or sold to a third party. You may receive emails from Garden Outdoor Furniture but you may opt out at any time.
Returns & Replacements
You may return all items sold by Garden Outdoor Furniture within 15 days of delivery, and if not damaged. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer must return package in its original packaging or equivalent and pay for shipping. Customers must contact Garden Outdoor Furniture before returning any product to be given a Return Number.

To order a product from Garden Outdoor Furniture you must first create an account by clicking on "Log-in" from the home page and then "Create Account." Once you have placed your order you can log-in anytime and see past and present order details.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You may pay with most major credit cards or Google Checkout. You may not pay with cash, check or money order. All states except California are exempt from sales tax. Garden Outdoor Furniture holds the right to deny any order due to suspicion of fraud.
